AfricaMetro can confirm that there are reports circulating on social media that 7 Zimbabwean people have been killed today in Pretoria,Hamanskraal by the South African group known as The Community.The people who were killed due to xenophobia outbreaking in gauteng province include,John Magodo,Thomas Muganhu,Ku Mazviro, Luis Ponai,Dudzai Mvari, Sesel Vhari and Dembe Lloyd who was shot dead trying to escape.
According to the reports a number foreigners in hamanskraal are out of their houses as all of their properties are burned door to door.In the roads vehicle are being denied access to N1 the main road of SA.

Report 2017 Xenophobia Back in South Africa
A section of South Africans are planning a demonstration next month against the influx of foreign nationals who they accuse of taking their jobs.
Flyers circulating online indicate that South Africans are fed up with their government granting asylum seekers status.
They singled out Zimbabweans,Nigerians and Pakistanis as major problems saying there was no war in these countries.
– “Why is the government giving asylum seeker(s) status to Nigerians, Zimbabweans, Pakistanis.
-“Is there war in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Pakistan etc?” reads part of the flyer that might stoke up xenophobic attacks.
-It said unemployment levels are at massive 34% in South Africa “but they give people asylum seeker(s) status when there is no work in South Africa.
– “What do you expect them to do? They will commit crimes, got to Spar, Cash crusades, Nandos, restaurants and other companies etc.
