President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, sent a congratulatory message to his Ghanaian counterpart Mr. Nana Addo Dankwa Akofo-Addo, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Ghana, the first independent country in sub-Saharan Africa.
On the occasion of this glorious date in the history of Ghana, President Ghali expressed, on behalf of the Saharawi people and government, his warmest and most sincere congratulations to the Ghanaian President and the Ghanaian people.
He wished prosperity and well-being for the great people of Ghana and hailed the excellent relations already exists between the two peoples and countries, expressing the will to be further strengthened in the future.
