Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were pictured for the first time arriving for their romantic French Polynesian honeymoon on Thursday.The newlyweds, who tied the knot in an extremely secret ceremony on Wednesday, were seen keeping a low profile as they held hands on touching down in Bora Bora.

Jennifer, 46, and 43-year-old Justin, who have been an item for four years, were kitted out in their holiday garbs, ready to enjoy some time alone celebrating their status as a newly-married couple.

The acting couple were seen flying out of Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday to head to the special spot that they vacationed this time last year to mark their two-year engagement.

They are expected to be staying at the luxury Four Seasons resort, located on Point Matira in Bora Bora, where a week-long stay at the island’s paradise can cost up to $1 million for couples.

After a long wait and much media attention during their extended engagement, the high profile pair are thought to have said ‘I do’ at a super-secret ceremony near their Bel Air home earlier this week.

One day later, arriving for the post-wedding break, Jennifer kept a holiday hat low to conceal her face, but wore a sleeveless garment as she prepared for the tropical climates in their chosen honeymoon destination.

It won’t be as traditional as most honeymoon vacations because Us Weekly reports that close friends including Chelsea Handler – an attendee of the intimate ceremony are said to be joining them on the trip.

It’s thought that the post-marriage break will tie in with Justin’s 44th birthday, which they’re due to celebrate on August 10.

It may also serve as a follow up to the batchelor party that was thrown by Jimmy Kimmel for Justin at his very own ‘barn bar’ located at his West Hollywood home in the time before their wedding.

Jennifer and Justin have been known in the past to enjoy holidays with friends in Mexico, where they own a home in Cabo San Lucas.Last December, they enjoyed the company of showbiz pals John Krasinski, Emily Bunt, Jimmy Kimmel and fiance Molly McNearney in Mexico.

The ceremony was attended by acting royalty, with attendees to the likes of Lake Bell as well as former Friends co-stars Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox in attendance.

Jennifer’s old pal Courteney, who played Monica next to her character Rachel for ten years, also served as Jen’s maid of honor, according to People, and was the last to leave the bash at 3am when guests enjoyed a DJ set by Samantha Ronson, TMZ reports.

VIPs including Howard Stern, Ellen DeGeneres, Australian singer Sia, Tobey Maguire’s wife and jeweler Jennifer Meyer, were thought to have witnessed the union.
Not there was Jennifer’s estranged mother Nancy Dow, the Dailymail.com learned.

It is thought that Jennifer wore a flowy, white and summery dress, instead of a traditional gown since guests were ingeniously told it was a surprise birthday for Justin, some arrived in jeans.

With so many high profile guests in attendance, Jennifer and Justin managed the impossible and were able to tie the knot at their Bel Air home without the world knowing.While fans have waited for years for the two superstars to say ‘I do’, the couple were able to keep their special night on Wednesday largely to themselves thanks to a myriad of clever tactics including a hiding all their party set up in a nearby house.

The 46-year-old actress and her new husband no doubt hold the record for having the most expensive private warehouse of all time.According to TMZ, the couple used a vacant $10.7 million mansion next door to their’s as a storage space for all the wedding paraphernalia.

Slowly and covertly, tables, chairs, decking and other supplies were transported to the large mansion which is located directly under the newlyweds in unmarked trucks.The goods were then stored on the property which also acted as a staging and staffing area during the ceremony so that they could not be seen.

The only hint that something had changed was a piece of fake grass, a small umbrella covered table, and small generators being placed at the back of the storage house.There was also an umbrella covered area were a security guard checked off everyone going in and out.

A tiny wooden gangplank was also just visible as it peep out from the trees that divided the two homes.According to the website, this gangplank then connected to a path which had been put in as Jennifer had the home renovated.

With foliage making it impossible to see what was being moved between the two properties, it allowed party planners to move everything they needed up to the couple’s sprawling $22 million abode at the eleventh hour.

TMZ reports that most staff members working on the event were left in the dark as to what and for whom the event was for.Those on site were not allowed to park near either property and no one was allowed to have their cell phone with them.

The Hollywood power couple also made sure there were no loose lips among their celebrity friends as they too had no idea what they were turning up to.The fact it was meant to be a surprise meant guests would not be talking about the party and it is also ensured the A-listers, who are notoriously, late turned up on time.

Of course the surprise was on them, with Jen and Justin revealing it was in fact a wedding on arrival.The two actors exchanged their vows at their beautiful home before their small group of guests celebrated their union in a stunning yet simple outdoor reception.

Clearly putting the emphasis on fun, the reception seemed like a chic but casual affair with a mix of round tables with ottoman seating as well as outdoor sofas which were set up on the temporarily wooden deck over the pool.

On Thursday, staff were spotted busily packing up the outdoor celebration as Jen and Justin jetted off on their honeymoon.The timing of the ceremony was very sentimental as the actress received a proposal from Theroux on his birthday in August 2012.

It came just over a year after the former Friends actress started dating the actor and writer in May 2011 while filming the 2012 film Wanderlust.
